There was a cigarette burn in my bed spread although a non-smoking room which also had a strange smell, and the screen in the bathroom was broken, but the staff was nice and the bears were cute.

Oregon Garden Resort
So nice to be right next to the gardens (which are lovely) and get free admission being a guest at the resort. Nice room with a small private patio. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Downtown Silverton, with its many murals, is just a short drive away.
