"When I first checked in the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and it was a very positive experience day two I had to go to the front desk to ask for a maintenance person after I had called and 45 minutes later there was no response. The people behind the counter were very short and abrupt. I ended up finding someone in the hallway and asking them for assistance. Then I went to go check out and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even look you in the eye and brushed you off the room. Myself was nice. It was clean however it had some serious plumbing issues. The toilet would not flush in the sink continued to back up."

"I have stayed here twice. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, free parking, breakfast is included and actually really good. There is a lovely energy in the place and the staff are friendly. I have to visit Philly every other month and find it easier to stay a park there, and use Uber to get into the city. I have paid as little as $19 which is a fraction of the parking cost in Philly! Genuinely feel safe and comfortable there"
