While they do warn you that the walls and floors are thin so you can hear everything, not all guests care. The first night was great, but our second night the people on the 2nd floor walked around their room all night long opening drawers and what sounded like moving furniture around! Not sure what they were doing or why, but it was so hard to sleep. The owners apologized but they aren't kidding when they say you can hear everything.
