It is located within the seaside town of Salcombe, within walking distance to the town centre. The child and pet friendly house is furnished with comfort and fun in mind. Its main room benefits from floor to ceiling, 4 paned concertino doors, providing access to a large balcony with superb views to Kingsbridge and, on a clear day Dartmoor. It is modern presented, with a well equipped kitchen for real cooking afficinados, and it is located near the Spar for last minute ingredients or fresh bread in the morning. There is also a garden and ample parking for two - three cars. It has everything you need for small ones, including a dedicated play room with an activity table, junior bedand cot. There is table football and a digital TV for the bigger kids. The house is recently refurbished throughout to a high standard with 5 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, including 3 en-suite. This house is ideally furnished for two families, with a mix of super king, king, single and bunk beds, sleeping upto 6 adults and 11 in total. Additionally there is a junior bed and a pop-up cot.
