Modern and Luxurious Beach House, New Refurb

Amberley is a short walk from the centre of Salcombe and is within easy access of North Sands on foot (20 mins).
It has been refurbished throughout with new open plan kitchen/diner with large island and seating for 8 at the large dining table. The living area is open plan with a cosy wood burner. There are 2 new bathrooms/shower rooms and 2 good sized bedrooms in a super quiet road with blackout curtains for a restful sleep.
All floors are white washed oak, and the decor is neutral greys and whites; the perfect relaxation beach house.
Amberley has a lovely sheltered south facing garden with stocked borders, a good-sized lawn and 2 terraces to take in the sun and enjoy a glass or rose or BBQ.
To the front of the property is a newly tarmac driveway with parking for 2-3 cars.
