This large mansion, completely renovated between 2017 and 2019 is ideally located in the heart of Sologne and allows for optimum cultural and sporting influence: riders will appreciate its proximity to the Equestrian Park of Lamotte-Beuvron (15 minutes) and hunters , its perfect location, near magnificent areas and the Game-fair. The castles of Chambord, Cheverny or Villesavin are only a few kilometers away. Its authentic charm and its park, will also satisfy the most strollers who simply wish to rest and have a good time with family or friends. The large 30m2 kitchen offers gourmets a perfect space to prepare meals that will be served on the large table that can accommodate up to 12 people. Last renovation, the attic which will be the place from the end of 2019 of a large play area, a second living room and an extra bedroom. La literie est de très bonne qualité et les salles d'eau bien pensées pour de nombreux habitants. Le jardin est bien appréciable avec une bonne superficie ombragée et de beaux arbres. L’hôtes et la personne en charge de l’accueil et du suivi ont été très accueillants. Cette belle propriété est placée néanmoins proche d’une route assez passante. Si le bruit n’est pas dérangeant à l‘intérieur de la maison, le trafic est parfois bruyant lorsque l’on se trouve sur la terrasse. Cette situation permet en revanche de se rendre très facilement à Salbris à pied pour les courses du quotidien. Ce petit désagrement ne gâche pas la qualité du séjour que nous avons passé en ce lieu qui permet d’organiser des activités aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur pour 10 personnes ##### pierre j. Nous sommes venus en été et dormions avec les fenêtres ouvertes : nous avons été gênés par le bruit de la route très proche. Il s’agit d’une maison de ville ( et tous les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité notamment une très bonne boulangerie )et avec l’avantage d’avoir une immense jardin pour apprécier le bon air de la campagne.Elle est très typique des maisons solognotes avec de belles briques rouges . La maison est très spacieuse et peut accueillir famille, amis , enfants tout en gardant de l’intimité puisque la plupart des chambres ont une salle de bain intégrée. Les chambres sont agréables, avec de bonnes fenêtres, volets et literie pour passer une bonne nuit .Nous avons surtout profité de la terrasse et du jardin avec les transats et un barbecue de qualité. Je relouerai certainement cette maison en famille, il existe de grandes pièces à vivre au rez de chaussée, et l’on pourra apprécier sa lecture au coin du feu. Le dernier étage a été aménagé en salle de jeux mais peut servir d’espaces de travail également ou de repos. La maison a été refaite récemment et est décorée avec goût . Elle reste très fonctionnelle et Djamila est aux petits soins si il manque quelque chose( lit bébé par exemple) ou pour nous faciliter aux niveau des horaires. Au niveau des activités, il y en a pour tous les goûts ( visite de châteaux et des villages de la sologne , balade à pieds ou à vélo, canoë, accrobranches , nicher chez les antiquaires, chasse, pêche, equitation, Golf, karting, goûter à la gastronomie locale,...).La maison est facile d accès par l’autoroute mais n hésitez pas à passer par les petites routes pour apprécier la Sologne, sa nature , son architecture typique et vous apercevrez peut-être gros et petit gibier, entre forêts et clairières. ##### Marie-Lorraine J. Que dire de cette belle propriété ! Nous louons depuis des années des maisons de vacances et il est certain que cette maison est la plus magnifique location ! Maison datant du 19eme, elle a été entièrement réaménagée en conservant son côté authentique mais avec le confort, la propreté et la sécurité qu’une famille avec deux enfants en bas âge a besoin ! Les chambres sont grandes, la cuisine et le double séjours très lumineux et beaucoup plus grand que sur les photos ! Louez sans hésiter cette maison ! Pour ce qui des extérieurs vous ne serez pas déçu bien au contraire ! La propriété est sécurisée et entièrement clos! Vous pouvez aller vous balader dans le parc de 4hectares et aurez peut être la chance de croiser des cerfs ou des chevreuils ! Le terrain jardin et arboré et dépaysement est assuré ! Les commerces sont à proximité et un petit lac avec des canards juste à côté, tout se fait à pieds ! Chaises longues et trampoline pour les enfants ont été évidement bien apprécié sans parler de Djamila, Thierry et Mario qui entretiennent cette maison comme si c’était la leur ! La maison est lumineuse, parfaitement agencée et décorée et la vue sur le parc est superbe. Ce fut un coup de coeur pour tout le monde, grands et petits. Ce fut parfait pour un séjour familial et hivernal. Du coup nous avons moins visité les environs que ce que nous avions prévu ! Le contact et l'accueil trés efficace et chaleureux. Le propriétaire nous a même fourni un veritable sapin de noël , nous le remercions vivement ainsi que Djamila qui est très efficace.
