IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a 2-bedroom house (T3) located in the Odalys Les Hauts de Salavas residence, Garrigues 179.
We invite you to discover this air-conditioned house, which sleeps six.

You can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool with a water slide (open from April and heated until mid-June), a playground, a games room, and a multi-sports court.
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa bed (2 x 80 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a terrace.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom.
Parking and television are available.

Be charmed by all the amenities of this residence and its proximity to the Ardèche Gorges, the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, and its easy access to tourist attractions.

La piscine très bien mais le logement vieux, manque de rafraîchissement. Pas de prises dans La cuisine et ampoules fonctionnent pas dans la salle de bain. Pas de retour du propriétaire.
