This ground floor waterfront duplex with distant headland views effortlessly blends coastal living with calming water and a stretch of secluded sand creating the ultimate holiday experience.  
  
Offering multiple living areas in 3 spaces, there is plenty of room for the entire family to stretch out and relax.  
  
Home to Holbert's Oyster Farm, Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant, the Cheeky Dog Bar, Soldiers Point Marina and Old Salamander Shopping Village.  
  
This casual waterfront ground floor duplex blends outdoor spaces which compliment the indoor experience, offering a perfect balance between relaxation and recreation.  
  
There are 3 air conditioned living areas so the place offers plenty of room for the family to stretch out and relax.  
  
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has 2 full size fridges, a dishwasher and smeg appliances.  
  
The air conditioned dining area offers a large range of books located in the wall liberary while you sit in the egg chair reading.  
  
3 bedrooms all with queen beds, ceiling fans and wardrobes. Main bedroom has an ensuite.  
  
There is a bbq available and a laundry with a washing machine. Parking is in front of the property at the end of the shared driveway.
