It was a great time, just getting up the road yo the house was a little iffy. All of the animal heads was different for my friends, but, it is a hunting lodge! The owners were amazing and very helpful with the four 70+ year old friends!

The host was very good at answering any questions I had. The whole process went very smoothly, and the view was amazing, the pictures were completely accurate, and directions to get to the spot were spot on! I would definitely recommend this spot.

Loved the deck and firepit! The home was comfortable. We chose it because it offered 4 bedrooms; we aren't hunters so the decor wasn't our style. The host was accommodating.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the back deck and a well-stocked kitchen! There are many thoughtful touches for families, too, like a booster-high chair for the table.Comfortable beds but some family members felt uncomfortable sleeping under taxidermy for fear of it falling on them in the night. One person even slept upside down in her bed :)Would stay there again, especially with husbands who would really appreciate the taxidermy!

Beautiful Sunsets

Stayed there for two nights with five other guys. Property had beautiful sunrises and sunsets with a scenic view. Also a nice fire pit out back where we were able to have cigars and sit around and just talk.

Secluded and relaxing spot

The property lies in a beautiful open space surrounded by a pond and lots of trees. The view was really nice and we were happy with the quality of the rooms and the cleanliness of the entire property. The super friendly cat was a nice surprise and entertained the kids as well. Location was good as it’s only about 10 min from a local grocery store and 30 min from Austin. Overall we had a very relaxing time and had the nice getaway that we were hoping for. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind again.

Great little cabin

This was a nice little cabin to stay in that was close to Austin yet private. The back porch and yard were very private and there is an nice fire pit by the pond. The owners were very nice and very responsive.
