Staff are attentive and provide all information we need when check in. The entrance is on the back of the main road with reception on 3rd floor, so don't get confused if Google map shows you are at the location but there is no door to the hotel"

"I absolutely love this hotel. I have stayed here several times since it first opened. The staff are exceptional. It is always clean with great amenities such as the incredible swimming pool. We also love the location which is above an MRT, across the road from a shopping centre with a supermarket, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. My only disappointment is to see some small details that I loved disappearing. Mouth wash and treats weren’t provided like they once were. I also noticed a little wear and tear such as scratched walls in the hallways and discoloured pool tiles between the top water level and lip of the edge. Small details and nothing that would stop me selecting One Farrer to stay at again in the future."
