8.8/10 Excellent! (211 reviews)
Hotel was spot clean and staff was very nice. The info didn't indicate that there's an extra 25 EUR for the Sauna and an extra 25 EUR for the Steam room - quite deceiving. Full service SAP - not really. I had to argue to get this service.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (592 reviews)
This is a really nice artsy hotel was reasonably priced and centrally located. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the environment clean. Only hitch is there needs to be more variety and change for breakfast. Otherwise, location, location and location near to the airport and on the bus route. You’ll get a complimentary wine too. I would stay here again and recommend.

We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban.

"A great little find! The hotel is beautifully renovated, matching the surrounding nature, and has a lovely restaurant that’s open daily. The beef stifado was excellent! The breakfast was also very generous. The rooms are decent size, with bathrooms on the smaller side, but perfectly fine if you’re ..."
