"N’hésitez pas de prendre une chambre plus grande si vous êtes deux. C’est juste 15 m2! Un peu trop petit pour deux valises. Il n’y a pas d’espace sinon prenez une chambre avec deux petits lits séparés. Lors de votre arrivée, si vous leur demandez une plus grande chambre, ouf! Bonne chance! Le prix vient avec! Il vaut mieux prévoir lors de la réservation. Pour le petit déjeuner, c’était super pour des nords américains. Il y a des fruits frais, yogourt, fromage et œufs à à coque ou brouillés et ils ont une machine à café pour tous les types de café. C’était très correct pour un petit déjeuner à l’hôtel. Et que dire de l’emplacement, vous êtes en plein dans l’action à une minute à pieds! Bref, je vous recommande cet hôtel en tenant compte que les chambres sont petites mais vous êtes aussi à Tokyo!"

"Overall good place to stay"

"We had a great stay at the Century Southern Tower. Although the room was very small, we were comfortable. The bed was smaller than we are used to but its Tokyo so that's to be expected. The amazing view from our room made up for the small size of the room. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We enjoyed the quality and variety of the breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is the great location right beside the huge Shinjuku station. Its easy to get around the city from here (as long as you use Google maps)."

"We are a family of 3. My child flew in separately. When we booked this property, the selected room was advertised as 2 large twin beds and able to sleep for 4. However, when we got there, we were forced to upgrade and paid daily upgrade room fee and another service charge, we were told that the room was for two people only. We had no choice but to accepted the fees. It was outrageous to charge two separate fees when we paid the service fees already on the initial booking. Then the charging daily upgrade fee was being excessive. It should have been a one time fee. Also, the bathroom was so tiny. You could barely moved around there. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work well. The room became stuffy at night. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a great view. The room was also larger than we expected, a big plus. Breakfast annd shower were awesome. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the location, near several subway stops and inside a park area. They let us check out late which was super helpful. Small points to consider: 1. Our taxi, hailed by the staff who explained our destination to the driver, took us to the wrong museum. Recommend only using uber. 2. The toilet room light was bright and came on during nighttime visits, waking everyone up. Recommend smaller night light. "
