Tamaris Sainte-Terre - Proche Saint Emilion
Cocoonr offers this charming, fully renovated, air-conditioned 120 m² house for rent in the authentic village of Terre Sainte. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 600 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV - An open-plan kitchen equipped for sharing, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob.... Its large central island makes it a real focal point, perfect for cooking, chatting or enjoying an aperitif. - Separate WC - Bedroom 1: spacious and bright with a king-size bed (180×200), it has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, washbasin and WC.
Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: offers a peaceful atmosphere, with a queen-size bed (160×200), elegant decoration and quality materials. It has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. - Bedroom 3: combines space and privacy. Ideal for a couple or friends, it has a king-size bed (180×200) and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower and private WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A beautiful 600 m² private enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A covered terrace with garden table and barbecue for enjoying meals with family and friends in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Terre, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Access to the first part of the garden is via an electric gate, laid to gravel, making it easy to park up to 3 vehicles inside the property. An external socket is also available for recharging hybrid or electric cars (standard socket, no fast charge).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Saint Emilion train station is 10 minutes away by car - Bordeaux airport is 1 hour away
Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Special equipment (cot, high chair, etc.) must be requested in advance. - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets are not accepted, except in exceptional circumstances. You will need to contact our on-site manager in advance to find out more (only a small animal may be allowed at an additional cost). - There is an additional charge of €10/day for recharging electric vehicles. Payment to be made to the local manager. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
