In this pleasant setting, you will enjoy a large salt water swimming pool and several areas conducive to relaxation with family and friends.
The One-way villa has all the necessary comfort for 10 people for a memorable family stay or your business trip.
You will be ideally located near the most beautiful beaches of the leeward coast.

10 minutes from the first beaches of the leeward coast, the One-way villa is located in Sainte-Rose, in a very quiet housing estate. Ideal for a rejuvenating holiday with family or friends or for a business trip.
The villa is equipped with all the necessary equipment for the smooth running of your stay (barbecue, reading corner, WIFI, Ethernet, connected TV (Netflix: Bring your personal code),...) each traveller will find what he is looking for.

The One-way villa accommodates up to 14 travellers. However, the group size for optimal comfort is 10 travellers. You will find on the ground floor:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with storage space (double bed)
- 1 master suite with its private bathroom and baby bed (double bed)
- A spacious kitchen open to the living room
- An independent living room with sofa bed (2 seats) and direct access to the swimming pool, flat screen,
- A reading corner with sofa bed (2 seats)

Upstairs, an F3 apartment with independent entrance, comprising:
- 1 air-conditioned master bedroom (double bed)
- 1 air-conditioned twin bedroom (2 single beds)

- Two terraces with pool and garden view, mountain view and small sea view

Baby equipment: We provide you with a cot + a travel cot, mosquito net and bed linen and a high chair free of charge. For any other additional request (stroller, car seat,...), do not hesitate to contact us.

You will have access to an outdoor area consisting of a large terrace, a salt pool and its relaxation area and a tropical garden.

Ideally located between Grande and Basse-Terre, the One-way villa has been specially designed for group stays. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and discover the riches of the island.

[Traveller Access]
Several cars can be parked in the villa. An outdoor car park in front of the villa is also available free of charge.

[YOUR STAY]
- We provide you with a soap kit in each bathroom containing: shampoo, shower gel, moisturising milk and soap

- Linen is provided during your stay (sheets, towels, etc...)

- We provide you with 2 towels per person (1 bath towel and 1 towel for the pool). Bring a towel for the beach.

- For your first breakfast, we provide you with some food: coffee capsules, ground coffee, tea, sugar, water
