The stay in the villa can last from one to several weeks. The house built in 2006, Provencal style, comprises approximately 125m2 of living space on two levels. It is located on a plot of 700m2 in a secure residence. The fully renovated villa is located about 1.3km from a very large and beautiful sandy beach, very nice and very easy to access. You will not have any traffic jams to get there and can take advantage of the shuttle bus whose stop is located at the entrance of the Parc des Chênes estate. The ground floor comprises a 40m2 living-dining-room with a fireplace, a separate toilet, a bedroom with bathroom with double sinks and a shower. From the living room you access the terrace. The bedroom on the ground floor, with French window overlooking the garden in the shade of the mimosas, has a large bed of 160 x 200. The fully equipped kitchen; pyrolysis oven, microwave, ceramic hob, full cookware, built-in dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, as well as a round white table with four chairs or can be taken breakfast and / or meals. The patio door of the kitchen also opens onto the terrace. In the garage accessible by the kitchen you will find the washing machine, an ironing board with steam iron as well as additional chairs as well as umbrellas for the terrace. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two open to the south. Two rooms have a large double bed (160 x 200), the third has two twin beds (90 x 200). The location of this house is just perfect. 3 minutes walk from bus stop with free shuttle bus to the beaches (5 beaches - we visited 3 of them). 4 minutes walk to a supermarket. 10 minutes walk to the city center. The neighbor couple who checks you in and take care of the pool, grills etc are just the best people to have available for any questions. So nice and friendly. Normally we don’t return to a vacation place - but this one could break our rule of trying it a second time as well. The individual air conditioning in each room is also some of the best we have experienced. ##### Jesper j. Les accès aux différentes plages sont très faciles et rapide en voiture, et certainement très faciles à pied aussi (ce que nous avons pas fait par simple préférence).Nous avons en revanche pu faire toutes nos courses à pied, accès direct au village et supermarché à 3 minutes à pied.La maison est parfaitement équipée et l’espace extérieur très agréable.Le seul bémol est le léger bruit de la route… et encore…Merci à Claude le propriétaire, et aussi à Christelle et Yann, absolument charmants et très disponibles tout au long du séjour pour les démarches et questions que nous avons pu avoir. ##### STEPHANIE D.
