Parking clos. Grande terrasse sans vis à vis mais proche de la route très passante. Bonne literie. La terrasse n'est pas très adaptée pour des enfants en bas âge étant donné qu'il y a un creux sur le devant. Il n'y a pas de placard pour ranger ses vêtements. Un placard derrière la porte d'entrée gène pour entrée avec une poussette. Il manque des épingles à linge. Mauvaise odeur sous l'évier de la cuisine.
