Arrived at the office to find a group of other already angry/frustrated holiday makers. Been told to come back at 17:15 for the key. So left for McDs, and got ourselves a nice upset tummy for the effort at the same night. Got back the office and still no keys. Got key eventually at about 19:45, got to the apartment just to find out still a lot of dust on side tables/furniture.
