Completely renovated in 2019, Villa 12 is ideally located in the Semaphore area in a private estate with large swimming pool and tennis court.  
At 1\. 5 km from the beach of Nartelle and 1.5 km from the city center, it offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Sainte-Maxime golf course and surrounding hills!  
Decorated with care, the house can accommodate 10 people and consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large cathedral living room with fireplace, a kitchen and an outdoor terrace, a private pool , all surrounded by pine trees and cork oaks  
At level N:  
\- Entrance overlooking a large mezzanine and corridor serving 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet  
\- Bedroom 1 with queen size bed, large wardrobe and desk  
\- Bedroom 2 with queen size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and access to terrace

#### Stilvolle Unterkunft

Es war eine sehr entspannte Urlaubszeit. Das Zetrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. An die Strändende gelangt man am besten mit dem PKW. In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Alle erdenklichen Gegenstände für das tägliche Leben sind vorhanden. Der Hausbesitzer kümmert sich hervorragend und antwortet immer schnell. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

#### Wunderbare Ferien in St. Maxime

Ein Volltreffer! Sehr schönes, geschmackvolles, modernes, freistehendes Haus mit hervorragend ausgestatteter Küche. Die Beschreibung des Anbieters entspricht voll und ganz den Tatsachen, die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich, prompt und hilfreich. Vor Ort gibt es eine Angestellte, die den Check-In und auch Check-Out macht und auch für alle Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Idealerweise kann man ein bisschen Französisch. Unsere Kinder als auch wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist klein, aber zum Schwimmen gibt es einen großes Sportbecken ca. 200m zu Fuß. Das Sportbecken ist wirklich zum Schwimmen, nicht Spielen oder für lange Aufenthalte gedacht. Ebenfalls fussläufig ist ein Tennisplatz (Einzelplatz Nr. 5) erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, freundliche Leute, auch Deutsche Residents gibt es. Mit dem Auto ist alles sehr schnell erreichbar, zB Bäcker, Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen!

#### A refaire

Jolie villa rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Propriétaire sympathique et très accessible. Grand salon, belle cuisine spacieuse, sympathique terrasse dînatoire, coin lounge en terrasse pour profiter du coucher du soleil. Bonne situation au calme et pas trop loin ni de la plage, ni du centre ville. Seul petit bmol, nous étions 8 adultes et il n'y a que 4 transats en terrasse. Ce fut quand même une très chouette expérience et nous n'hésiterions pas à conseiller l'adresse.
