It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 60 m² as well as a terrace and a balcony. We are waiting for you ! The housing is composed as follows: On the ground floor: \- A living room of 18 m² with TV, Wi-Fi included, sofa and armchairs. \- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, hotplates, coffee maker, Sodastream, kitchen aid machine... \- A veranda with a dining area. \- Separate toilet. On the 1st floor : \- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet. \- Bedroom 1: 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 2) \- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a balcony with sea view.
