Vacation rental of a single-story semi-detached house, close to the center, beach, and shops for 6 people. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access, this property offers a living space of approximately 100 m² on a fenced plot of 500 m².   
The house consists of a living room opening onto a terrace, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom/shower, 2 toilets, an outdoor shower near the garage, and a laundry room. Plancha grill. Free WIFI. One private parking space and additional visitor parking. The property is semi-detached via the garage (not available to rent). Air conditioning is only available in the living room. Pets are allowed, provided they are well-behaved and clean.   
Furnished rating 2\*\*.   
Household linen optional (number of guests to be specified).   
Final cleaning €75 (additional charge).   
Security deposit €800 (to be paid upon arrival).
