For holidays, a two-storey cottage with a lovely sea view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, available to rent for 4 people in a private, secure estate with a swimming pool and tennis court in Sainte-Maxime. On the ground floor: 1 living room with a sitting area and dining area opening onto a terrace, and an open-plan kitchen. On the garden level: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) opening onto a terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) opening onto a terrace facing the sea, shower room, WC. A very pleasant and comfortable cottage. Sea view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Garden. Beautiful, very peaceful surroundings. Private parking. Residence facilities: Swimming pool: Enjoy a large swimming pool to cool off during hot summer days. Tennis courts: For sports enthusiasts, two tennis courts are available (free booking). Pétanque court: A friendly spot for games with friends or family. Restaurant: An on-site restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals without having to leave the residence. Private parking: A reserved parking space for your convenience. Accommodation rating: 3*** Pets allowed provided they are well-behaved and house-trained. Linen available as an option (please specify number of guests). Final cleaning is charged at an additional €75. Security deposit payable on arrival: €1,000.
