The house is tucked away within a small residence to the west of Ste Maxime. It is very quiet with its own parking space for one car outside the property. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with truckle beds ie one single bed with a single bed that pulls out beneath it. These put together make good sleeping arrangements for children. Both bedrooms have ample cupboard space. There is a refurbished bathroom with shower. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room. There is also a separate downstairs loo with a washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. The kitchen, brand new for 2022 has a dishwasher, cooker, small fridge, and oven. It is extremely well equipped with everything you will need to cook. There is a dining table inside to sit 4 very comfortably. There is a brand new Smart TV where you can hook into Netflix etc by using your data from your phone. It has a very comfortable L shaped sofa. Outside on the beautiful terrace is a table around a banquette, adequate to sit up to 6 people. The terrace has ample room for 2 lounge chairs and a large bean bag. There is an outside shower [cold water!] to cool yourselves down! The terrace is gated for good security. The house is close to the communal swimming pool (20 metres away) which is beautifully kept. It is a large pool and perfect to do those lengths in the morning! Just outside the gated entrance to Bastide de Guerrevieille is a petanque area where you can have a go or watch others play the quintessential French game!
