Appartement non propre, chasse d’eau des toilettes défectueuse,pieds du parasol non utilisable pour un parasol d’une grande taille,ventilateur bruyant et non suffisant pour les grandes chaleurs !Appartement ne correspond pas vraiment à l’annonce !Etant un client régulier chez Interhome ,cette année je suis vraiment mal tombé avec ma location !Ma confiance avec l’agence Interhome ne va pas changer et je leur fait toujours confiance et pour mes vacances 2026 je reprendrai une location chez eux.

Déçus de notre séjour, les équipements ne sont pas très fonctionnels et le ménage laisse à désirer. Chasse d’eau et boucheur d’évier souvent bloqués, canapé-lit qui grince fortement, parasol qui ne tient pas dans le socle, obligés de le bloquer avec une table. 3 chaises au lieu de 4 dehors, détecteur de fumé inexistant alors que c’est obligatoire. Attention, arrivée et départ à faire l’agence, les clés ne sont pas remises directement sur place, ce qui est contraignant lorsqu’on est à pied car c’est à 15 minutes du logement.

Mooi appartement dicht bij de zee

Mooi, klein gezellig appartement. Alles is aanwezig om te kunnen koken. Dicht bij het strand en het centrum. Er ligt een grote Carrefour op het einde van de straat. Een paar meter verder van het appartement ligt een rustige groene weg om naar het strand te wandelen, ideaal voor je hond uit te laten.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Sainte Maxime. Die Unterkuft war wie beschrieben und wir würden wieder dort buchen.

l'appartement est bien situé , prés du centre ville et de la plage . des commerces sont juste en face , carrefour , boulangerie pharmacie, librairie , c'est vraiment un plus . l'appartement est un peu vétuste , quelques propretés seraient nécessaire .. la télé est très petite est mal placé , il faut se contorsionner si vous voulez la regarder , il faudrait qu'elle puisse pivoter ... la salle de bains est sympa avec une douche à l'italienne . il manque quelques accessoires dans la kitchenette ...

Absolument pas satisfaite du tout!Trop basique pour 28nuits.Manque bcq.choses ds la cuisine cafetière riquiqui le pire télévision minuscule on en voit même plus des pareils dans les caravanes !!! Et en surplus mal positionnée. J’avais sélectionné cet appartement pour la baignoire qu’elle stupéfaction il n’y en avait pas.Annonce mensongère qui existe toujours!!! ???

Le logement est très bien situé, pas besoin de voiture on fait tout à pied (courses, plage, centre ville) et ça s'est vraiment bien. Seul bémol, le ménage pas top, vaisselle sale, le rez de jardin pas trop entretenu. Superbe salle de bain refaite au gout du jour (douche à l'italienne). Je ne comprends pas que la TV ne soit pas sur un bras directionnel, car son emplacement n'est pas très judicieux. Résidence très calme.

Location très agréable

Location rez-de-jardin très bien placée et très agréable. L'accès à la piscine est un plus !! Le seul bémol étant que les vacanciers sont sensés arriver en voiture et que le plan d'accès à la résidence n'est pas prévu pour les personnes à pieds.....!

Tolle kleine Wohnung - alles vorhanden was man braucht - super Lage - in Strand -und Stadtnähe - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Wir können Interhome und diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Bon rapport qualité prix

Studio correct. Résidence calme en cette période (Avril). Stationnement face à l'appartement (5 mètres). Le fait que l'appartement soit situé dans le second bâtiment de la résidence au fond du parking privatif fait que l'été on doit échapper au bruit de la piscine. Oreillers neufs, mais nous avions les nôtres. Literie récente. Petit super marché à 300 mètres avec station essence. Grand marché de plein air tout proche le vendredi matin (à coté du super marché). Plage à moins d'un kilomètre. Centre ville tout proche à pied. Il manque une douche (c'est une baignoire et lavabo).

studio propre. Résidence calme (en Avril). parking devant l'appartement. Bâtiment situé au fond du parking, ce ce fait, je pense que l'été on évite le bruit de la piscine. Literie ressente et oreillers neufs, mais nous avions les nôtres. Petit super marché à 300 mètres avec station essence. Grand Marché de plein aire à coté le vendredi matin. Je recommande en cette période. Personnel de l'agence très sympa.
