Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 32 m², an open equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony and a terrace. The duplex facing East and South is composed as follows: On the ground floor : \- A living room of 32 m² with TV, Wifi (fiber optic), sofa, and dining area. \- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... \- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190). \- A shower room with shower and toilet. On the first floor: \- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200). \- A bathroom with shower and WC. Outside : \- A first terrace accessible from the living room, of about 17 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days and the sea view. \- A second terrace accessible from bedroom 2, of about 13 m² with furniture. For more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed. The apartment is ideally located in Sainte-Marie, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 3 minutes walk from a sandy beach. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Beaches, port, walking paths in a preserved environment, health course, fitness areas, fitness and street Workout, skate park, Pumptrach, city stadium multisport, children parks.
