They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us.

My dog was warmly welcomed and the staff was super helpful with suggestions on what to do in this gem of a town. I have never seen such a clean town. Not a paper on the ground. The hotel is extremely well located on a quiet side street. Will definitely go back.

The hotel was basic but clean. The staff were helpful. Rooms were small and functional, beds comfortable. Decor a little tired but in all, we had a pleasant stay. The area is really lovely. Gorges Du Tarn, St Enimie and the caves are an absolute must if visiting the area for the 1st time!
