Superb stone house at the gates of the Forest

Superb character stone house. You will live in the heart of nature, at the gates of the Grésigne National Forest.
No neighbors, you will be 'alone in the world'. Numerous walks, horseback rides, mountain bike rides, donkey rides! You can, in season, listen to the bellowing of the deer, and with a little patience, observe wild fauna and flora.
We provide you with 3 bedrooms (including 1 in the mezzanine). Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a 140 cm bed and a large screen TV. Bedroom 2 has 3 beds (2 120 cm beds and 1 160 cm bed). Bedroom 3 (on the mezzanine) is equipped with a 140 cm bed. There is a bathroom with shower and sink and WC then another room with a shower only. There is also another separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with: Multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster. The dining room is adjoining. The living room is equipped with a TV and a hi-fi system, with a beautiful stone fireplace. The whole thing is air-conditioned.
Outside you can find a carport as well as a parking area.
The terrace has a charcoal barbecue and offers you a large grassy area for special moments and sharing with your family or friends.
In order to guarantee you a "disconnected" stay, the house does not have wi-fi. However, you will be able to benefit from an efficient 5G network all around the house.
A few minutes from the house you will have the opportunity to enjoy the Vère Grésigne leisure center with supervised swimming areas and activities for young and old (Tennis, mini golf, swings, BBQ).

Très agréable séjour au calme

La maison ancienne, rénovée avec soin par les propiétaires, est située dans un très bel environnement de nature et un calme inégalé. Beaux villages fortifiés à proximité, rivières, ainsi qu'Albi et Toulouse à 1 h. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires Maryse et Pierre. Très agréable séjour avec nos grands ados !

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce bel endroit propice à la quiétude et au repos. La maison est parfaite, très bien équipée et très propre. Viviane et Pierre sont des hôtes très sympathiques. Nous n'hésiterions pas à louer de nouveau si devions revenir dans la région.

Le gîte est extrêmement bien situé et au calme. La forêt environnante rend le lieu particulièrement paisible. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil de Maryse et Pierre a été fabuleux. Ils sont très attentionné avec leurs hôtes. Super séjour ! Je recommande vivement !

Pour amateur d'espaces, de calme et d'authenticité dans un environnement forestier agréable. Le soir, croiser une biche est fréquent et l'expérience, émouvante. Nombreuses visites possibles dans les environs pour amateurs de pittoresques villages ou de vestiges médiévaux. Ne pas négliger la découverte de la magnifique cité d'ALBI.

A perfect holiday

This cottage is a wonderful home and our hosts were wonderful too. They had thought of everything that guests might need for their comfort and they were so helpful and kind. The cottage is set in the most peaceful location we have ever visited with no noise or light pollution so the perfect place for relaxation and refreshment. The area is surrounded by beautiful countryside and pretty villages and all within easy reach. Albi is a very interesting city which we are always ready to revisit and we spent a happy day there. And, of course, we must mention the excellent Gaillac wines of which we sampled quite a few, and the lovely cheese, bread and fruit. We couldn't have asked for more and we would be very happy to come here again. (We would award more stars if we could!) Angela and Peter Warr (Canterbury, UK)

Excellente location en pleine nature et proche des différentes bastides et villages perchés

Très belle propriété au grand calme en bordure de la forêt de grésille. Grand pré avec belle vue sur la forêt. Maison très bien équipée avec air conditionné appréciable pour les journées très chaudes. Auvent extérieur très pratique et très agréable pour prendre tous les repas dehors. Ballades à pied et vélo au départ de la maison. Beaucoup de petites routes et villages adorables à découvrir. Proximité de Castelnau de Montmiral à moins de 10 minutes avec ravitaillement possible. Gite idéalement situé à proximité de Cordes, Albi etc.... Très bon accueil et conseils de Maryse et Pierre
