You will enjoy an idyllic setting, surrounded by trees and greenery, with an ideal location: just 2.5km from the first beaches and 800 m from the village. This charming house has been designed for your comfort, so that you can fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends. You will also be close to a farm (without nuisances) and an organic market gardener. For your outdoor meals, you will appreciate the large garden, equipped with loungers to relax and an electric plancha to treat yourself. Upon your arrival in this house, you will be charmed by the living area with its stone walls and exposed beams. You will discover a welcoming lounge area, equipped with a sofa bed offering additional sleeping space, as well as a television. From the bay windows, you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden. The large family dining table is also located in this room, next to the fully equipped open kitchen. You will find everything you need to cook: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, teapot, coffee grinder and filter coffee maker. The washing machine is also installed in the kitchen. In the living room, a library for adults is at your disposal, as well as a dedicated space for children, with books and games. Upstairs, you will access the bedrooms, all equipped with high-end bedding: two rooms each have a Queen Size bed (160x200), and the third is fitted with a bunk bed. A baby bed is also available if needed. The bathroom is located upstairs and is equipped with a hairdryer. The staircase to access the upper floor is quite steep, reflecting the charm of the old. A child safety gate is installed, but vigilance is recommended with young children.
