Le Wi-Fi 6 est un vrai plus : stable et rapide, parfait pour le streaming, la visio ou un peu de télétravail.Côté extérieur, le jardin clos est rassurant pour les enfants : grillage périphérique et portail qui ferme à clé, on laisse jouer sans stress. En saison, la piscine était conforme et propre, idéale pour se rafraîchir au retour des balades. La terrasse permet de profiter des repas dehors.Le voisinage est discret ; seul point à connaître, la route peut s’entendre lorsque certains véhicules roulent vite.
