"Lovely property, newly converted barn with lots of character. Peaceful location but only a few minutes' drive away from village, which can also be reached on foot, 10 minutes walk through woodland. Would stay again."

"Great location for access to Saint Mathieu and the lake. Good sized bedrooms, plenty of decent crockery, etc. No frills but adequately met our needs. As we were only a couple we were paying a premium, better value for a family. Gardens surrounded the property with plenty of choice of seating, weather permitting."

"The good points - lovely pool, very peaceful, friendly neighbours and cats. The not so good points - bedrooms awful, could not stand upright, and access to open the windows difficult. No latching on bedroom door, had to be wedged shut. Little clothes wardrobe space. Not suitable for young children and older adults due to the 27 steps from ground floor to the bedrooms. Unpleasant fumes from the mower in the garage almost over-powering."

"The property was beautiful, we made good use of the pool and all of the shaded areas (it was extremely hot during our stay). The snooker table was the subject of many early evening rivalries and we were lucky enough to be there whilst the village food fair was on, which was a bonus. A lovely relaxing stay in a very well equipped property."

Grande pièce de vie, belles chambres, les 2 salles de bains sont bien pratiques quand on vient nombreux. "Lovely old house with some charming foibles and eccentricities. Even developed a soft spot for the robot lawn mower. Great space, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite), well equipped kitchen (always great to have basics there - salt, oil, herbs etc), great table tennis room, big garden to kick rugby ball. Outdoor bbq plate. Terrace and view lovely. Close to airport suited our family requirement. Lots of sunny and shady spots. Some TLC needed in house - first stair step and ants/bugs in top bedroom - not...

"Nous avons passé un excellent week end da,s cette maison bien situé ( on peut marché 40 minutes pour aller au centre ville de Limoges), la maison est parfaitement conçue avec différents niveaux qui permettent la coexistence des adultes d'adolescents et d'enfants plus jeunes. La propreté du gîte était parfaite. Margot qui nous a accueilli, a été d'une gentillesse extrême en s'adaptant à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir !"
