The Property reeks of charm and the “ultra privacy” adds for a great experience. We relaxed by the pool pre dinner and location was convenient, so an easy walk to The Marina for dinner at L’Opera.

The unit is very clean. A little bit small. Just a room and a bathroom in a single family house. There is a table and chairs outside the unit. It will be no problem if you come during the warm weather. The location is OK and walkable to the village. There is a small beach just cross the street.

The main problem is that the location is hard to pickup on Uber. If you don’t speak French, it may be hard to communicate the exact location or they may not be willing to drive into the cul de sac. Otherwise, the property is decent and it’s less than 10 min from the central harbor. I had a bit of difficulty with the key and The host was a little aggressive when I asked for help. had difficulty with the key.

This is a managed property, not a hotel. The room was clean, serviced daily, and decently appointed, the building had a nice pool, and the location was good (15-20 minute walk from the port/center of Saint Tropez). That said, it was also tiny and overpriced and other residents were loud and noisy at the pool until the wee hours of the morning since there is no management present in the evening, hence the average rating.
