"Property was clean and safe. Front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was so so and could use improvement but hey it was free. Breakfast staff very rude. Needs daily room service without requesting it. All in all it was ok. I would stay there again if I had too. "

"Our problem is not with the hotel itself it is with the fact that we were double charged for a room. When we checked in on April 5, 2026 the front desk person not only charged us for the room but also for the deposit. After explained that we had already paid through hotels.com she said she had made a mistake she either did not know how or did not have the authority to cancel our credit card charge but said she would leave a note to have it fixed. We met with the front desk person and manager the next morning they assured us that it had been corrected. It has not been corrected and I am now having to dispute the amount with our bank. I have no problems with mistakes being made, the problem is their inability or unwillingness to correct the mistake. "
