    Rent Cottage in the countryside comfortable and cozy.
    Capacity 2 to 6 people. Area of 90 m2:
    - living room of 55 m2
    - equipped kitchen

    - living room (1 convertible sofa)
    - bedroom 1: two 90 cm beds
    - bedroom 2: a 160 cm bed

Lovely little cottage situated a bit off the beaten path, but great as a base for exploring the area. Very peaceful and good for local wildlife spotting, great garden for kids to play in. Lots of useful amenities in the cottage, but double bed was a bit soft. Need to use a car to get around but less than an hour to Saintes, La Rochelle, Rochefort etc. Only an 1 hour 20 mins to Futuroscope Theme Park which was worth the visit. Pool is only heated from June and we went end of May thinking it would be ok, but too cold for any length of swim (18°C). Lovely proprietors, really friendly and helpful, thanks for making it a lovely stay!

Location très propre avec décoration intérieure fort jolie et soignée. La maison reste fraîche malgré la chaleur. Hôtes accueillants. Jardin clôturé idéal pour notre chien. Piscine très bien entretenue. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine bien au calme.

Le petit bonheur porte bien son nom

Ce gîte ce situe au calme, il est ressourçant tant par la nature que par le bon goût de la déco intérieure.Dans les environs vous pourrez visiter de très beaux endroits tant dans les terres que côté mer évidemment sans oublier la piscine ... Les propriétaires sont discrets, réactifs et sympathiques ce qui est un plus évidemment. Nous y repartons sans hésitation

Hübsches Ferienhaus auf dem Land

Praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtetes Ferienhaus im Anschluß an ein Landhaus. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Großer Pool und schöner Garten zur Benutzung in den Nachmittagsstunden. Für unsere Töchter im Teeniealter etwas zu einsam gelegen. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind jedoch mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Für uns und unsere Hunde war ein kleiner abgezäunter Garten direkt am Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Nutzung vorhanden.

Calme et repos

Le gîte est situé dans un hameau de Saint-Savinien et entouré de champs. Il vient d'être entièrement rénové. Adapté pour 4 personnes il est confortable et bien équipé. Il est aussi bien situé pour visiter la région (Saintes, Rochefort, La Rochelle, etc.). Les hôtes sont très disponibles, à l'écoute et soucieux du confort des vacanciers.

Grâce à ce g^te nous avons pu accomplir des visites et des obligations dans la région.

Le plan d'accès dans l'annonce n'est pas assez précis. La localisation n'est pas exactement à Saint Savinien mais à 6 kms (l'Eguille). Problème pour trouver le lieu le premier jour... D'autre part, il n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce que le linge de toilette (serviettes) n'était pas fourni ni loué.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Uns hat der Urlaub dort sehr gefallen, wir waren jeden Tag im wunderschönen & großen Pool, Vermieter waren sehr nett und hatten gerade kleine süße Kitten da ! Haus war super, sauber, alles da und zusätzlich noch einen eigenen großen Garten. Wir konnten super entspannen. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber mit dem Auto kann man dort auch viel sehen.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour en pleine nature. Belle piscine. Localisation intéressante pour visiter quelques chateaux entre campagne et mer, beaucoup de chemins calmes pour les marcheurs. Proximité de Saintes 40km, Cognac, La Rochelle, Rochefort 35km, plages de Fouras, ile d'Aix, Oleron, Royan.

Endroit accueillant, charmant ( les propriétaires vous offre une petite gourmandise locale de bienvenue, très apprécié ), ils habitent à côté mais sont discrets( nous aurions aimé echanger un peu plus avec eux, mais période particulière !! ) très réactifs quand il y a 1 souci( ont fourni le nécessaire pour se débarrasser des mouches).Dommage que le règlement ne peut se faire en chèque vacances.

Nette en rustige vakantiewoning

- Zeer proper - Alles voorhanden (iets meer keukenhanddoeken te voorzien) - Veel vliegen (maar daar kan de eigenaar weinig aan doen), misschien meer anti-insect-producten en vliegenmepper te voorzien. - Wij hadden minder goed weer, waardoor we het zwembad niet veel konden gebruiken. Bij mooi weer hadden we het leuk gevonden om ook 's morgens te kunnen zwemmen. Het zwembad is echter enkel open van 14u tot 18u. - Dorpje Saint-Savinien op 5 km is gezellig en leuk. - Andere dorpen / steden liggen verder (een auto is zeker een must). - In de buurt van de gîte zelf valt er weinig te beleven. Ideaal als je echt rust zoekt. - Vriendelijke eigenaars/uitbaters!

Très agréable séjour

Gentillesse de l'accueil et des propriétaires. Maison très propre et agréable à vivre avec tout le nécessaire pour l'arrivée. Manque juste encore un peu d'ombre dans le jardin en cette semaine de canicule. L'environnement des champs est très calme mais les commercants sont assez loin. Merci pour cet agréable séjour !
