Our apartment is 2 minutes from the beach, close to all shops. It is bright, spacious and well appointed. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a sea view. A large living room with TV and a sofa area and a dining area with access to a large terrace on which you can enjoy a garden furniture with a breathtaking view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, functional. The bathroom was refurbished in 2017 with a very spacious walk-in shower and a very significant washer-dryer machine. You will have direct access to La Comtesse beach directly from the condominium garden through a small gate. The property has a sun terrace and free Wi-Fi. The place is calm and relaxing, the view is magnificent, the market is a stone's throw away as well as the port where you can embark for the islands of Bréhat, as well as participate in the Auction. You can do everything on foot on St Quay Portrieux because you are very close to all amenities. This holiday home includes living and dining areas, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a refurbished private bathroom and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
