This mezzanine studio of almost 32m² is located on the first floor of the building A, door n°6 in the residence "La Plage of Kerhostin" in St Pierre-Quiberon.  
  
It includes  
 \-entry with cupboards,   
 \-livingroom with a sea view, sofa bed and TV,  
 \-equipped kitchen (cooking plate, little-oven, fridge, dishwasher),  
 \-bathroom with washing machine and toilets  
  
Upstairs :  
 \-mezzanine with two single beds of 80cm.  
  
Balcony with sea view and garden furniture. Beds with duvets and blankets.  
Indoor parking N°6 with bicycle and windsurfing room.  
Direct access to the Lizeau beach. Animals accepted with a supplement (5€/day).  
  
Electric and water usage in extra charge (35€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.  
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 64€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
