About this property

Magnificent farmhouse in a dream environment

  • BEDS MADE AND TOWELS PROVIDED

Magnificent Longère in a dream environment 6 kms from the sea

Fully enclosed property comprising a Longère with 3 bedrooms and an outbuilding with a bedroom, usable in summer.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...

The TV lounge with its open fireplace extends to the dining room.

The ground floor bedroom (140 X 190 cm bed) is fitted with large wardrobes which also house the washing machine. Further on, a bathroom with an Italian shower and a separate WC.

The outbuilding has a bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed), a shower room and a WC.

In winter the outbuilding is not accessible and therefore there is only room for 6 people. In summer the property can accommodate 8 people.

The decoration is very carefully done, creating a cosy atmosphere.

The prettily flowered garden is equipped with garden furniture, a gas barbecue in a covered shelter.

    Direct access to the greenway

Alles in allem echt empfehlenswert.

A conseiller

Impression globale positive
