Equipped with accommodation for 15 people, it has its own tennis court. Not to be missed. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has maintained a vintage look and cannot be considered a modern house. Comfortable and spacious, it offers a small sea view. This house is arranged over two levels. The Ground Floor includes a vast living room-dining room, a kitchen and its back kitchen, an entrance hall, a vestibule, a master suite (a bedroom + a water room) and toilets. The first floor consists of six bedrooms, two bathrooms, a water room and two toilets. Here, everyone has their own space and the outdoor areas, consisting of an enclosed garden, a terrace and a tennis court, form an appreciated complement to life.
