This apartment overlooking the Crac'h river (Bay of Quéhan) is located on the first level of a holiday home divided into two gites, ten steps allow you to access the accommodation. The main room consists of an equipped kitchen open to a fully glazed living room/living room (Netflix access TV). Immediate access to a beautiful suspended terrace with sea view and equipped with garden furniture. Two bedrooms with small sea view (1 double bed 140X200 and 2 single beds 90X200). Bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Walk along the owner's oyster building to access La Villa Jeanne, you can park in the shop car park. Gîte located above gîte 56G2339\. Many advantages for this idyllic vacation spot for couples or families, ideally located a stone's throw from La Trinité sur Mer. At the heart of an oyster farm, this vacation rental, with elegant decoration, overlooks the oyster ponds and offers a spectacular view of the bay of Quéhan in southern Brittany, to the rhythm of the tides. On the site, a direct sale shop of ultra-fresh shellfish and crustaceans open 7/7, as well as a tasting area where you can savor the owners' oysters, feet in the water. Proximity to beaches and seaside activities, fishing on site, hiking trails, tennis club less than 100 m away (clay court), leisure park 7 km away... Villa Jeanne, on the "Lobster" side, not only awaits lovers of tasting seafood specialties at the foot of this vacation rental, but also lovers of southern Brittany, between La Trinité sur Mer, the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan!
