It can accommodate 4 people, With the sea at the end of the street, shops just a stone's throw away and beaches 10 minutes by bike, this house decorated with great taste and care, is a delight. Come and discover this fisherman's house, located 50 m from the adorable chapel of Saint Philibert, a house with discreet charm benefiting from an optimal comfort level, for which you will have a real crush! On the ground floor, a superb living room welcomes you with its lounge area, dining corner and fully equipped kitchen. A shower room with WC and a small laundry area complete the ensemble. On the first floor, two double-bedded rooms offer a calm and warm sleeping space. An additional bed can be available for 1 person. A small courtyard equipped with garden furniture allows you to store bicycles and beach equipment. Summer or winter, for a weekend or holidays, you will appreciate its charm, comfort and tranquillity. It will be ideal for a discovery stay in the Gulf of Morbihan. At your disposal: Wifi, television, barbecue, garden furniture Good to know: \- Sheets and household linen provided mandatorily. De plus, l’intérieur est très joli, avec goût, de couleurs claires. Un petit extérieur pour s’asseoir le soir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié aussi la petite ville, les entoures, la région. Les escaliers de métal sont vraiment dangereux, il faudrait essayer de mettre une balustrade à la droite ainsi que des anti-glisses sur les marches. Die Schlafzimmer im OG sind sehr klein, jedoch gemütlich mit viel Stauraum. Betten etwas hart. Im Sommer wenn es draußen sehr heiß ist wird es sehr warm, ein Mückennetz vor einem der Fenster wäre sinnvoll anzubringen. Negativ zu sehen sind einmal die sehr steile Treppe mit Rutschgefahr, sowie eine gewisse Lautstärke der vorbeifahrenden Autos tagsüber da sich keiner an Tempo 30 hält, was man jedoch vor allem bei offenem Fenster hört.
