Underfloor gas and electric heating are included. Parking, open courtyard, carport. Covered terrace with views of the forest and La Rhune mountain, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Large, private, unfenced grounds. Close to Lake St. Pée-sur-Nivelle and all amenities.
