The property is ideally located in Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, in the heart of the mountains and nature, in the hamlet of Petite Serenne. It is housed in an old traditional farmhouse with mountain architecture, offering a particularly pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and a local market are nearby. Activities: Numerous mountain and outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering, downhill and cross-country skiing, paragliding, white water sports, etc. Within a few kilometers, you'll also find: Nearby ski resorts: Saint Anne la Condamine, Sauze/Super Sauze, Pra-Loup, Vars.
