The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming apartment with mountain views for rent in Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye. It has a surface area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 39 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 150 m². Wi-Fi, sheets included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 39 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with single bunk beds and a single loft bed
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A shared, unfenced garden adjacent to a vegetable garden
- A 10 m² terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, in the heart of the mountains and nature. Just 3 km from the accommodation, you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, a market, a café-bookshop, and refreshment stands (in high season).

All mountain and outdoor activities are nearby (hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering, skiing, ski touring, paragliding, white water sports, etc.).

- Barcelonnette bus station is 30 minutes away.
