Gros potentiel compte tenu de sa situation à ( minutes du centre, bars et restaurants. Calme. Place de parking.Très fonctionnel. Malheureusement cet appartement est laissé dans son jus, limite malpropreté. Salle de bain désuète dont la plomberie est en dessous de tout. Cuisine idem avec installation électrique douteuse. Quant à la propreté, on se demande à quoi sert le forfait ménage compris dans la location. Quel dommage car avec un peu d'investissement çà ferait une superbe location dont le prix pourrait être largement majoré. Je n'y retournerai pas et je ne la recommande pas. ##### Jean Luc J. Un espace extérieur aussi agréable que l’intérieur avec étendoir à linge et mobilier pour prendre les repas. Une cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bains baignoire et WC sèche cheveux du luxe! Copropriété sécurisée avec parking privé couvert, le tt à 8 mn à pieds des commerces et restaurants, de la Marina avec poissons frais, clubs de plongées et la casa pains boulangerie excellente avec entre autre ses macatias aux pépites de chocolat. Je n'ai eu qu'un contact téléphonique avec la propriétaire ( qui ma foi semble bien sympathique ) et c'est Martine , chargée du nettoyage , qui m'a remit les clés et présenté le logement. Ce logement est conforme au descriptif , très propre , tranquille une fois les fenêtres fermées car nous ne sommes pas loin de la route N1 A, pas de nuisance sonore la nuit, donc bon sommeil assuré. Le parking est un emplacement ombré , donc la voiture est au frais, ce qui est un avantage . Nous sommes restés trois semaines, , nous aurions bien aimé avoir un petit four pour cuisiner un peu plus. La terrasse est agréable pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner , il manque une lumière extérieure pour en profiter le soir ( il faisait nuit à 18 h ). Un bon rapport qualité / prix ##### Bruno C.
