Gite on the 1st floor with access via an external staircase, comprising a living room-kitchen (combination oven/microwave), a lounge area (Smart TV), a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom (shower and WC). Balcony. Private parking. In a hamlet on the heights of the village, surrounded by nature, cottage in a terraced house (annual rental) and opposite the owners' house. Cozy cottage with its stylish Shabby Chic atmosphere and very neat and personalized decoration. Sheltered balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Possibility of storing 2 bicycles in the owners' barn (barn not locked). Charming cottage 6 km from Yenne, a commercial village on the banks of the Rhône, in a hilly area of the Savoyard Foreland. Swimming at Lake St Jean de Chevelu 3.7 km away, Lake Aiguebelette 15 km away or Lake Bourget 10 km away, hiking trails including the Way of St Jacques de Compostelle, cycling routes (Via Rhôna), mountain bike and cycling routes including the Véloroute Léman-Méditerranée cycle path near Yenne, 11 km away. 8 km away, equestrian center with the label of the French Riding School. Numerous water activities on Lake Aiguebelette or Lake Bourget, canoeing and kayaking on the Guiers or the Vieux Rhône. Another face of Savoie!
