You have just booked your holiday at our lovely seaside resort, and we thank you for that. The 115 m² “Le Cordouan” apartment is located on Avenue de Verdun in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, a 5-minute drive from Plage du Bureau—the closest and most central beach in Saint-Palais, near all its shops.
Accommodation
This fully renovated apartment features modern decor and can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its three spacious and bright bedrooms.
To the right of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, range hood, kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker. From the kitchen, you’ll have access to the veranda, which is equipped with a grill and a 6-person patio set.
To the left of the entrance is the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, an internet router, and board games for fun times with friends and family.
The dining area features a table, 6 chairs, and 2 armchairs.
The hallway, lined with large closets, leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom (with a bathtub, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board, and iron), and the three bedrooms, which are described as follows:
- The Turquoise bedroom features a bunk bed (two 90-cm beds), a desk, and a closet. The bunk bed can be replaced with a 140-cm double bed (new Bultex box spring) upon request if you’re travelling as adults.
- The Blue Room features a 160-bed, a closet, and a large 16m² balcony with lounge chairs.
Finally, the last room, “La Verte,” features a 140-bed and a closet.
Parking is located directly in the courtyard, which is secured by an electric gate with a digital keypad; one vehicle per unit is allowed. If you have multiple cars, free parking is available across the street from the property.
Linens are not included in the price, but disposable sheets made of natural, recyclable materials can be provided. Quote available upon request. Duvets and pillows are provided.
Pets are not allowed.
