Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 13 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy a good lunch. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A 13 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a library, board games and a dining area. \- A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... \- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) separated from the living room by a curtain. \- A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : \- A north-west facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant and quiet environment 2 minutes from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
