La maison est idéal pour les familles, très grande, plusieurs salles d’eau, avec un jardin entièrement clos. Le village est très calme et proche des commodités. Il y a plein de chemins de balades. La maison comporte tout les équipements nécessaire mais est très rustique. Il faut prévoir ses draps et ses serviettes, peu pratique si on doit voyager léger.

Non séjour en famille !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille dans cette maison de campagne. Dans son jus, un peu comme les maison de vacances des années 80, une impression d'être chez la grande tata avec un jardin très agréable avec terrasse où l'on peu manger puis se mettre à l'abri du soleil sous le grand arbre du terrain. L'intérieur est un peu frisquet et sombre, mais reste agréable et atypique quand le soleil brille dehors. Manque un peu de vaisselle et il ne faut pas être maniaque( ça reste une maison ancienne et l'on peut comprendre que ce ne soit pas nickel). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'environnement ( au calme, pas de voisins direct, nous avons pu en profiter sans être embêté ni gêner par les voisins). La campagne alentour est magnifique. Nous sommes arrivé en autonomie avec la boîte à clé et avons suivi les instructions du propriétaire. Je recommande chaudement cette maison pour passer quelques jours en famille ou entre amis. Pour des personnes recherchant à se retrouver simplement et profiter des alentours magiques. MERCI!

Grande maison familiale

Belle location, avec de l'espace pour toute la famille, dans un bel endroit tranquille pour découvrir la région de Saint Nectaire. Malheureusement la piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire nous avait toutefois prévenu peu de temps avant nos vacances et revu de ce fait à la baisse le prix de la location.

Maison Antignac

Region magnifique à decouvrir !! Mais quelle deconvenue de decouvrir un gite agréable de l'exterieur et si sale de l'interieur ...poussière +++ toiles d'araignées +++ couettes et oreillers très sales..il y avait même des souris dans une chambre à l'étage !!!Dommage !!

Séjour aux Arnats en famille

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné dans la propriété de Mr Antignac le week-end de l'ascension en famille. La maison est très grande et les environs sont agréables. Par contre, l'hygiène laisse vraiment à désirer... C'est dommage car cet hébergement a un vrai potentiel. Les couettes et oreillers devraient être renouvelés dans toutes les chambres. Et la maison est poussiéreuse et remplie de toiles d'araignées (ce n'est vraiment pas accueillant)... Enfin, il y a 2 salles de bain mais un seul WC au rez-de-chaussée (pas facile à gérer la nuit pour les membres de notre famille qui dormaient au 2ème étage avec des enfants en bas âge)... Malgré ces désagréments, nous n'avons pas passé un mauvais séjour car nous étions heureux de nous retrouver en famille. Il serait cependant appréciable pour les prochains locataires de Mr Antignac, que celui-ci prenne note de nos remarques. Cordialement, Mr et Mme Wille

Weekend en famille

Coin tranquille dans une région riche en découvertes. Bon week-end avec le beau temps qui nous a laissé profiter de l'extérieur du logement. L'état de propreté laisse fortement à désirer et la maison n'est pas idéale avec de jeunes enfants

Bon emplacement mais logement sale et vetuste

Bon emplacement du logement à proximité de St Nectaire, de la chaine des Puys.. Cependant, notre séjour d'une semaine a débuté par une journée de ménage. Fuite des toilettes (odeur d'urine), odeurs nauséabondes persistantes dans la cuisine, moquette non entretenue à l'étage, certains matelas et oreillers sont très sales. Nombreuses toiles d'araignées et beaucoup de poussière de façon générale. Une bonne partie des meubles sont vétustes (portes lourdes qui tombent, canapés hors d'usage...). La piscine était verte et remplie d'algue. En l'absence de robot il a été impossible de la nettoyer complétement et malgré avoir pris le temps de traiter la piscine au pH- et au produit anti-algue : elle est restée indisponible pendant tout le séjour. Réponse tardive du propriétaire suite à sollicitation de notre part durant la semaine. Absence de prise en compte de notre demande d'une compensation financière. En conséquence, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement pour un séjour dans la région.

Grosse déception

Si la propriété familiale bénéficie d un certain charme les conditions d accueil le sont beaucoup moins. Ménage pas fait, et ça ne date pas de la semaine dernière, literie jaune tachée, peu engageante, piscine non fonctionnelle et entretien du jardin oublié.. Cette location a un gros potentiel malheureusement gâché par un serieux manque d entretien, l aspect familial n excusant pas tout.
