The cottage is located on the 1st level of the owners' house (separate entrance - very good soundproofing). Shared terrace of 100 m² facing south / west (sandbox). Free public parking 100 m away. It consists of a living room / lounge with open fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms accessible by 1 step, each with private shower room / WC (1: 2 beds 80x200, 2 and 3: bed 160x200).
