A magnificent chalet nestled in a lush green setting right in the middle of the forest, 5 minutes from the town center of Saint Nabord.
Ideally located at the gateway to the Hautes-Vosges, 30 minutes from the ski slopes of the Gérardmer and La Bresse resorts. The chalet is surrounded by a dense forest of deciduous trees and firs on a 1-hectare private property with two ponds at the foot of the balcony. It’s the perfect spot for a family getaway, with opportunities for hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and—of course—wild blueberry and mushroom picking in season.
The chalet includes:
- First floor: Kitchen: A large table and 6 chairs, a built-in kitchen: stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers (Senseo), electric kettle, toaster… dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, water, wine, and beer glasses… Bathroom: Walk-in shower and double-sink vanity, towels, washcloths, bathrobe, hair dryer. Separate toilet. Laundry room: Washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, mop, brooms, safe, closet, fire extinguisher, fold-out baby bed, and high chair.
- Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with double beds (180 cm x 200 cm and 160 cm x 200 cm).
- On the garden level: A library/relaxation area: Books, board games, and a television. One bedroom: 2 single beds (90m * 19cm).
- Outdoors: A large terrace overlooking the ponds with a table and 6 chairs, lounge chairs and hammocks, a hot tub, and a sauna. All set on 1 hectare. For the 2 ponds, catch-and-release fishing is available: carp, tench, and roach.
- Nearby: All shops, including a restaurant and bar, are nearby (5 minutes). Numerous ski slopes within 30 minutes across 3 mountain ranges; a golf course 20 minutes away; mountain bike trails and trail running routes start just 3 minutes away. A short trail provides direct access to the village center on foot.
Bed linens and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival. You have internet access via a Wi-Fi router.
Before departure, the unit must be cleaned; linens should be left at the foot of the beds, the dishwasher and refrigerator emptied, and trash taken out.
