This restored, traditional cottage, overlooking a forest and another house, is located in the Auvézère Valley, where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking in the magnificent setting of its narrow, steep-sided gorges, in the heart of a protected natural area. 5 km from the Savignac Lédrier ironworks and 10 km from the Rouffiac water sports center (pedal boats, electric boats, water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing/kayaking, Optimist sailing, climbing wall, archery, paintball, zip line, adventure course, mountain biking...).
