### Standalone house in the wilderness of Auvézère Valley

6 km from Juillac (shops), this detached 43 m² house is located near another house in a hamlet and an active stone quarry. All on one level. Living room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove in the fireplace. Two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with one double bed (140 cm). Shower room with WC. Electric heating. Unfenced 600 m² garden with a 22 m² terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Linens are not provided. Wood and electricity are included. Towels €8/person/change. Sheets €8/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €10\. This restored, traditional cottage, overlooking a forest and another house, is located in the Auvézère Valley, where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking in the magnificent setting of its narrow, steep-sided gorges, in the heart of a protected natural area. 5 km from the Savignac Lédrier ironworks and 10 km from the Rouffiac water sports center (pedal boats, electric boats, water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing/kayaking, Optimist sailing, climbing wall, archery, paintball, zip line, adventure course, mountain biking, etc.). Fishing 1 km away in St. Mesmin. 45 km from Périgueux, a city of art and history.
