Located 1 minute from the Washington Foch tram stop (line 1), in the quiet district of Saint-Max, it is also possible to take advantage of the 5 indoor and dedicated bicycle parking spaces for the apartment.
10 minutes from Place Stanislas, 15 minutes from the train station and all amenities within 1 minute on foot (supermarket, bakery, post office, tobacconist, stationery, doctors, pharmacy, etc.). Metz and Toul are three quarters of an hour by car, Lunéville and Pont à Mousson half an hour.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped as new since September 2019.
Four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, a desk, internet connection, a library, a wardrobe… and if that is not enough, there is a huge entrance closet. Possibility to add a travel cot and a high chair on request.
In the mornings, no fight with two shower rooms, one of which accommodates a second WC.
The open kitchen has a bar and all the necessary appliances and equipment, including the dishwasher and washer-dryer.
Finally, the crossing living room opens onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the gardens in the heart of islets.
For sports enthusiasts, the Tomblaine swimming pool and the Dommartemont forest are very close, as are the jogging tracks along the Meurthe.
